Jhala (surname)
Jhala is a surname of Gujarati and Marwadi Hindus based in Indian states of Gujarat and southern Rajasthan.[1][2][3][4] It is found in caste groups such as the Langha,[5] Vankar,[5] Thakarda,[6] and also in some other groups of Gujarat.

Jhala surname: In Gujarat the Police authorities submitted to the District Magistrate, and the surname Jhala was there fore mentioned in the detention order. Regarding "Himatsinh' it appears to be just a mistake of typing in the papers submitted by the police to the District Magistrate.
